Chiropractic Assistant – Part Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of our team, supporting our chiropractors as well as being at the heart of our client journey. This is a busy practice and requires a positive individual with strong multi-tasking skills, adaptability and a keen willingness to learn.

The health and happiness of every individual we see is at the centre of everything we do. We are predominantly a referral-based practice, meaning we have a real sense of community, take care of many families and aim to build lasting connections. Chiropractic Assistants are at the forefront of our client care, from the first time they walk through the door to guiding them along their journey. They assist our chiropractors on the front desk and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every individual visiting the practice.

-       A willingness to learn, with strong organisational skills and ability to adapt

-       Has proficient computer and admin skills

-       Comfortable interacting with babies, children and families

-       An interest in health and wellbeing

The Role

The current role we are looking to fill will be 12 hours per week, 2 x 6-hour shifts

The hours will be two of the following shifts per week:

Wednesday AM: 7.30am - 1.30pm

Wednesday PM: 1.30pm – 7.30pm

Friday AM: 7.30am – 1.30pm

Friday PM: 1.30pm – 7.30pm

As we are a small team, flexibility is essential to be able to help cover team holiday. Joining in with team meetings and occasional external marketing events will be expected. This will enable overtime and an opportunity to increase earnings.

Full training and support will be provided.
