Hiral Narbad Shah - Chiropractor

Hiral grew up in Penarth and studied locally in the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She has known Tarryn for many years as they graduated in the same year at university!

Hiral’s passion for Chiropractic and how it presents as a distinct and necessary element in the quest for optimal health started as a child when she was first introduced to Chiropractic. During that time she loved understanding and experiencing the effects of an adjustment and so went on to study at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2012. Her aim is to help empower her clients to architect their own healthy life by educating on the importance of spinal health and nutrition.

Hiral is also a professional dancer in South Wales and London; performing, teaching and choreographing dance for both audience and TV alike. Her interests include music, having played the piano for over 20 years, and yoga.

Karin van der Spuy - Clinic Assistant

Karin lives in Penarth and grew up in Zambia and South Africa. She has a husband and 3 wonderful children (twin girls and a son) and a dog called Milo.

“I believe in the power to heal ourselves, given the right tools and, that there is a natural remedy for every ailment (Dr Axe is one of my favourite YouTube subscriptions). I have enjoyed learning about the holistic side of Chiropractic and it's a safe and natural approach to healing. It’s great to be able to see the client’s happiness and confidence as they begin to make and feel changes taking place. My favourite thing about our office is our clients!"

Karin loves being creative, reading, listening to podcasts and holidaying in Spain.
